The concept of a "touchpoint" lives within a Service.

This Touchpoints product is developed to support Customer Experience data reporting across federal government, beginning with the HISP services.

Therefore, Touchpoints provides a place to inventory Services.

Viewing an individual Service

States of a Service

1. When a Service is created, is gets a default status of created.
2. When the Service Owner is ready, they can "Submit the Service for OMB Review", and gets a submitted status.
3. When the OMB Staff reviews the Service, they can "Approve" the form, and gets an approved status.
4. When the Service Owner is ready, they can "Verify this form", and gets a verified status.
5. When the Service Owner is ready, they can "Archive" the form, and gets an archived status.
