2024 - What's New?

Latest Updates

Extended Account Deactivation Period

Important

Extended Account Deactivation Period:

Touchpoints users now have 90 days (up from 30 days) before their account is deactivated due to inactivity. You will receive a reminder email to login to prevent account deactivation 14 and 7 days prior to account deactivation. If your account becomes deactivated, just email us at [email protected] to have it reactivated.

Improved Accessibility

Important

Improved Accessibility:

We’ve updated the Touchpoints modal widget to enhance accessibility, especially for users navigating with a keyboard. The new modal is based on the standard USWDS modal component, replacing our previous custom-built version.

To further enhance accessibility, we’ve introduced AXE, a tool that automatically checks each page in the application for Section 508 compliance. This helps us to identify and fix accessibility issues earlier in the development process.

Exporting Forms

Note

Exporting forms with more than 1,000 responses:

When you click the export csv button within the “Responses” tab, Touchpoints will initiate an asynchronous job. This process will take a few minutes, and you will receive an email with a link to download the export report. Please note the link will expire after 30 minutes of the initiation of the export.

Note

Exporting forms with more than 300,000 responses:

API is encouraged for forms with a high volume of responses. Please visit our wiki for more information.

Tagging (spam) Responses:

Although we can’t prevent spam submissions, we encourage you to manage spam responses by using the tagging feature within the “Responses” Tab. Please visit our wiki for more instructions on tagging responses.
