Finalizing the data outside of this App

1. Open the f_YYMMDD.csv and save as an excel workbook (f_YYMMDD.xlsx)

2. Format. You can do this by opening the “Format” macro-enabled workbook in that is stored in the “Shiny 20[YY]” folder on the network. Run the “Format_f” macro. This macro takes care of these things:

• Datetime to custom ‘yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss’
• Format Lat and Long to 5 digit numbers
• Format Speed and Heading to 2 digit numbers

3. Edit per the manual, but also take into account the Edits in Part 2 that are done by the app. This mostly means, pay attention to the data you entered into the system. The system should do the job correctly if you told it the correct stuff.
