Custom Dashboard banners

https://app.o2o.com/events/oR1M6g62zj/banners	These are banners that can be created by the organizer inside the event. the organizer can able to place it with other pages on the event dashboard like, homepage, marketplace or on the supplier dashboard	Default banners can be added at the Event Manage > Online > Banners	Banner page will showcase all the list of banners added	---
---	---	to add banner click Add Banner button, fill up those fields needed	Fields that will be filled up especially the title and description will appear on the banner added	---
---	---	Fill up the Call to action button and link to that action button	a button will appear on the banner hyperlinking to the link added	---
---	---	Choose the area you want to showcase the banner	Once selected, the banner will appear only on that area	---
---	---	Select also the Target users to view the banner	Only those selected target user will see the banner	---
---	---	pick the color theme for the banner	a color theme will be added on the banner	---
---	---	Add an image, no recommended size since it is cropped on free option	this will be the display image of the banner	---
---	---	tick the Status box to enable the banner added before saving	banner will be enabled and publish on the event dashboard and listed on the banner page	---
