--- meeting message are share by meeting notes. it can be added when setting up a meeting request, user can add a notes before confirming the meeting. click the request meeting icon, pop up will appear, add notes before submitting the meeting request meeting message should appear on the email notification and on the meeting card at the meeting page ---
