A new version of EMBL-EBI's shared design system for web sites has been released.

The backlog is mostly documentation tasks and we'll likely look to release at the next WGC on 3 April.

New from the last RC:

• Use EMBL-EBI logo 974ef61
• Encode '#' symbol #129 3598396

• Further documentation efforts (we have tooling in place, but need to better utilise it)
• Logging of print, copy, paste to analytics
