Space Set Up

Have each community group spread evenly across whatever space you have. Give them their water point print outs.

Navigating roles

Remind each group about their mobility and abilities.

Turns

Each turn should last 5 minutes. Each engineer can only interact with 4 water points per turn, but this time constraint makes it difficult to do more, which helps adherence to rules. At the end of each turn, the Minister of water should distribute resources based on their database. Take 3 turns, and then pause to discuss. Expect 45 minutes total.

Discussion

Discussion should occur both after the non-technical round and after the technical round.

Introducing Technology

Have hand-outs or a projection slide available with the details for reporting status and fixes. Do another 3 rounds, and then discuss again.
