Objective: Property visibility rules

Comment: Too late. I'd put this into 2.08 or immediately after 2.08. This is wrong context and difficult to understand, why it is here. My original idea was increasing complexity. It's easy to create nasty exercises with this, but still let's drop this and integrate with 2.08. The most important thing is that you cannot refer to child objects properties and you can access anything in the hierarchy visibility scope.
