Orbit

Josh did some stuff with a pid orbit, put in a branch called be-pid-orbit. His comments about this are:

I added a PID controller to behaviors here and made it to write a tighter orbit. I don't think we ever played a competition game with this. I thought it might be useful to have, though I have no idea at this point how effective it is. Needs testing!
