Robots

This year as part of our vision overhaul we mostly abandoned robot detection. We still do detect them in the bottom camera though. We search the bottom image for WHITE/GREEN edges that aren't part of field lines. We run a bunch of checks on those to make sure they are appropriately sized, don't have "green tops", etc.
