This documentation provides an overview of the Report Charts Visualization for tracking Monthly Visit Compliance, Patients Adherence Per Month and Patients Cumulative. Below is the detailed description and usage instructions for all reports.

Manage Data Visualization

The Manage Data Visualization page maps the configuration of your reports from Manage Data Visualization Configuration page. If a report has been configured incorrectly, the page may either display the wrong chart or display no chart.

Overview

1. From Home page enter Report Charts Visualization

2. The dashboard consists of three main tabs: (But it is possible to configure more)

   Monthly Visit Compliance - Displays the number of visits per month categorized by visit status.

   Patients Adherence Per Month (Values in %) - Displays Patients adherence of calls during last month.

   Patients Cumulative - Displays Patients Cumulative.

3. Each chart has:

   • Title in the middle of the page
   • The legend on the right, where you can filter the data (By checking or unchecking one of the options)
   • X-Axis and Y-Axis scale
   • Description, if provided

4. A bar chart:

   • Filter on the X scale, there is a selection for this with options at the top of the page
   • The sum of the data is displayed above each bar

5. The chart shows data related to the selected filters, unless the selected filters are mutually exclusive (no data) then the graph shows all data as when first loaded.

6. The cancel button takes you to the previous page.

7. The download csv button allows you to download a csv file with the data that is mapped on the chart with active filters for further analysis.
