Chicago Mayor's Bike Advisory Council meets on June 10th and we would like to present at that meeting.
The analysis group voted on what they want to show on the map. The goal is to pick three indicators to use on when we do our analysis:
- Median Income (Economic)
- Mortality (Health)
- % of Road Miles with Bike Lanes (Infrastructure)
- Divvy Stations per Thousand People (Infrastructure)
Martin, Kulsum, and Nancy are working on the analysis for next week.
(Update - Martin added some maps to dropbox under Dropbox\chicago_bike_equity\map_documents\SampleMaps of Divvy, bike racks, and route miles per ward and community area. These maps are rough and just for discussion.)
Derek is going to look for health research on bike lanes.
