• Status of repos, locking and rebasing
  • ci.yml has diverged how to deal with merges (now and eventual merge of 6.0.0 back into main)

  • Beta release (and code freeze) schedule
    • Good progress is being made. However, with the busy schedules and rebasing complications suggest we are looking at mid April
    • Full release still on schedule for summer 2024.
    • Other thoughts?
  • Discuss Freeze rules for beta
    • Strict documentation changes or new models have a late freeze point - suggest mid May?
    • Only bugs introduced since 5.0.6 (including pyside issues) can still be addressed?
      • ==> No bug fixes for 5.0.6 bugs not submitted before beta freeze?
    • No new features
