• BACKGROUND
  • On average we get one new help request every 10 day - but some require quite a few follow ups
  • Steve retires in 2 weeks
  • Regardless we should spread the load better to be sustainable

  • any other thoughts besides rotation proposal 2 weeks ago?
  • For rotation proposal
    • What should the rotation frequency be? (weekly may be too much given above. Fortnightly? Once a month?
      • Monthly but with a primary and backup. Backup becomes primary the following month.
      • Steve/Paul = Dec, Paul/Jeff=Jan, Jeff/Miguel= Feb, Miguel/xx = March
      • Steve to put guidance on a wiki page
    • How to select rotators? Make table on wikipages (basically a spreadsheet)? Other ideas?
    • Archiving - currently private in mailman … making FAQ if appropriate
      • leave as is for now
