How to put in your organization information
Once you access the settings page and click on the organization information tab, you get a list of information that you then configure. The explanations for those fields are as follows:
Organisation Name The name of the organisation,this can be changed later on. If the name is changed then the organisation and activity file has to be republished to reflect the change in XML and registry. (asked for in registration process)
Language: To choose the language in which the organisation wants to be shown in.
Organisation Abbreviation: It allows you to change or edit the abbreviation of your organisation, changing this may require you to republish most of your data. (asked for in registration process)
Organisation Type: The organisation type can also be changed from the organisation settings, again the problem might be that overall information might have to be republished. (asked for in registration process)
Address: This can be changed in as per requiring in later stages (already asked for in registration process)
Country: Changing the country changes the list of registering countries as well. Choose a country to which your organisation is registered to.
Organisation Registration Agency: Select the type of agency your organisation is registered to. This changes based on the country selected. (already asked for in registration process)
Registration Number: Has been explained in registration process.(Def:A number that has been given to an organisation by an official registry of organisations (for example, a national company registrar, or drawn from a government register of charities). (already asked for in the registration process)
