Organisation Data Creation

If you have just registered an organization, then you should require to add Reporting Organization Field under Settings. Else, Reporting Organization and Organization Identifier will be added according to your data entered on Settings.
As more data is entered, organisation data menu list gets green ticked which means that data for those elements have been entered and saved.
Organization Data consists of three elements menu :
- Identification
- Budgets
- Documents
Under Identification menu, it contains three sub elements.
- Reporting Organization

Organisation Identifier
- It refers to identification string for issuing the report of an organisation.

Name
- It refers to name or description of the item which can be repeated in multiple languages.
Under Budgets menu, it contains three sub elements for Version 2.01 , whereas further two sub elements has been added to Version 2.02.
- It refers for reporting organisation’s own budget. When & where possible, the organisation’s total annual planned budget for each of the next three years is reported.
- It refers for the reporting of forward looking budgets for each institution which receives core funding from the reporting organisation for the period of next three financial years.
- It refers for the reporting of forward looking budgets for each country in which the organisation operates for the time period of next three financial years.
- Recipient Region Budget (on Version 2.02)
- It refers for the reporting of forward looking budgets where the organisation maintains region-wide, rather than or in addition to country-specific budgets for the period of next three financial years.
- Total Expenditure (on Version 2.02)
- It refers for the reporting of the organisation’s international development expenditure of past three years.
Under Documents menu, it contains only sub elements.
- It refers to a link to an online, publicly accessible web page or document.
