  • For rotation proposal
    • What should the rotation frequency be? (weekly may be too much given above. Fortnightly? Once a month?
      • Monthly but with a primary and backup. Backup becomes primary the following month.
      • Steve/Paul = Dec, Paul/Jeff=Jan, Jeff/Miguel= Feb, Miguel/xx = March
      • Steve to put guidance on a wiki page
    • How to select rotators? Make table on wikipages (basically a spreadsheet)? Other ideas?
    • Archiving - currently private in mailman … making FAQ if appropriate
      • leave as is for now

QUESTION about 6.1 vs 6.2 and/or 7.0

    • reader is clunky will want to replace with the NXcanSAS reader and/or the sasdata metadata input tool
    • Must have SOME documentation
  • 2D P(R) before ICNS?... and asap

• Longer term Question:
  • What is a reasonable release pace
  • Why do we seem to always have issues (and the more changes the more serious and lengthy the process)
  • How can we achieve the pace without causing problems given our resources. - can we use copilot? Other test infrastructure.

• AOB?
