This is an old (nearly 30 years old!) pnp experiment game from BGG. No relation to Bill Dixon's 1850. It takes place in Sicily, and was actually inspired by 1849 (which had an original working title of 1850).

This is a very small 1830 clone with 3 private companies and 4 corps. There are a few odd traps on the map, and there might be some difficulty rusting the 4s even with the greatly reduced train roster. Plays fast.
