Rules Clarifications

• Is it possible to do the Dougo Railway exchange for an Iyo Railway share during the first stock round (SR1)?
  • Yes. (But see the implementation note.)
• If 40% of the Iyo Railway has been purchased, and I exchange the Dougo Railway for a share in the operating round, will the Iyo Railway float and operate?
  • No. You must do the exchange in the stock round.
• If the the president contributes to a train purchase (aka emergency fund raising), must the cheapest train be purchased from the upcoming trains or the bank pool?
  • Yes.

Implementation Notes

• How do you buy in the Dougo Railway?
  • Go to the companies tab, click on the private, and then go back to the game tab, and you should see an option to “Exchange for a share of IR” under the player names. However, you might not be able to do it as your last action, as the game auto-passes players with no legal actions in a stock round.
