Rules Clarifications

• The game rules separate the "private company auction" from the first stock round. I.e., this auction occurs and is completed before the first stock round commences. The 18xx.games implementation is that stock sales in the first "normal" stock round are allowed if all players passed consecutively at some point during the private company auction.

Implementation Notes

• Once the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal private is owned by a corporation, Berlin (D2) will be shown as an available track lay during the corporation's track laying step. To also place a token there, click the city during the corporation's token laying step. Despite this tile being greyed out, the token will be placed there.
• Open Issues

Random Seeds

Random seeds can be specified during game creation to get a preset selection of companies. Below is a table where an X is used to show which company president' share comes with Cornelius Vanderbilt.
