- Differences from 1830
- Shares in the IPO pay revenue for the corporation, instead of the ones in the market
- Buy-Sell or Sell-Buy. Corporations can either lay 2 yellow tiles or upgrade 1 existing tile
- Each corporation has a specified destination. When it manages to have a connection from its home to the destination, it may place a token that doubles the value of that city and it gets an extra run.
- Once per SR each company can redeem a market share or, if none are available, a player's share. These shares are reserved in the company's treasury and cannot be purchased. If there are no shares in the IPO, the corporation can reissue all shares for its treasury, placing them on the IPO, at 75% of the current market value (if it is higher than the current IPO price, otherwise they're issued at the current IPO price). The corporation receives the money as to the treasury when shares are sold.
- When player A sells shares of a corporation of player B, player B has the option to buy them and the price does not drop. Player B cannot cannot sell shares at this time and you must have enough cash in hand to buy them all at once. During this step, Player B can ignore the 60% cert limit, potentially holding up to 100% of the shares of their corporation. If Player B chooses to buy these shares, it counts as an action and the game continues on the player to their left (which can be player A again)
- The rules state that players aren't required to disclose the amount of cash in a corporation. Furthermore, they're allowed to buy/sell trains without disclosing the amount of the transaction. That is not common practice among 18xx games and goes a bit against its philosophy. Usually the game is not played this way, so this implementation always shows all amounts.
- Currently it's not very easy to keep track of destinations and connection runs. That will be improved soon
