VGC and CF&I have no president or operations. For simplicity in fitting in with the 18xx.games system, these companies do have a president, but this has no effect beyond the "president's" share having an asterisk. The log also refers to these companies entering receivership at the start of the game, or if all shares are sold, but this has no real effect.
